Broken front tooth

A broken tooth as a result of a judo blow to the teeth, the piece of the broken tooth was saved by the patient, processed and put back in its original position via special adhesive protocol.

Bojidara came to us one night at the end of the working day. She was upset and scared as any young lady would about her smile and appearance. She was afraid her tooth wouldn't look the same as before the fracture and she worried that it would not be invisible. She carried the tooth fragment in a tiny napkin and we glued it to the natural tooth via special adhesive protocol. With the help of photography for an in-depth colour analysis we were able to recreate her natural beautiful smile and ensure that Bojidara is more than satisfied and happy with the final result. Benny and her mother were very scared on their first visit to us. Before we started working, we had to explain in detail and with many photos what would be needed for her treatment. Benny didn't want to be treated with a rubber dam, and she was afraid of the blue rubber sheet. With metaphors, games and jokes we managed to convince her and successfully treat all her teeth. Now she comes with pleasure and without fear.

In order to maximize the comfort of our little patients, we use one of the mandatory means of treatment in modern dentistry - a rubber dam. It isolates the teeth from saliva, fluids, soft tissues and dental disinfecting solutions thus protecting the patient from harm during the procedure. This makes children feel more confident and relaxed in the dental chair.

Ivan's first visit to us was due to black stains on his teeth, which were very unusual for his age. Subsequently, it turned out that it was due to the mineral water that Ivan consumed (from Botevgrad) and the diet, which includes a lot of chocolate. After a thorough clean and polish of his teeth, his smile and teeth became bright and natural again. Job well done!

Georgi came to us with caries of his permanent front teeth. His mother was very worried that he had caries on permanent teeth at this early age. We reassured her and explained the minimally invasive methods we would use for the treatment. We isolated the teeth with rubber dam and used special dental sand to sandblast and clean the caries and bacteria. This is feasible only when the caries is at an early stage. Furthermore we placed a strong, white filling with the color of Georgi's natural teeth, and there was no sign of his mother's concern about the caries on his permanent frontal teeth. We were all happy that we could be of great service!

Maggie is a very positive and smiley child with whom we have no problems during dental procedures. She is curious about what awaits her and always asks questions with interest. Her parents are also our patients and have no worries about her treatment because she feels safe and secure. Maggie had small caries, which we did without any problems. She always arrived at her regular prophylaxis check-ups and the caries was caught on time and fixed. The treatment was done under isolation with a rubber dam and without fear or pain we solved this little problem for Maggie.

After we first talked to her and got to know her, we convinced the child to just “sit” on the chair. We also showed all the tools required for her treatment. She had a chance to touch them and get a feel how they worked. In addition we told her about the tooth fairy and how she helps us put children's teeth to sleep. After putting Annie's tooth to sleep, we treated it calmly and painlessly under a sterile and dry environment using a rubber dam. We sent her off with a smile and lots of presents.
